Etiquette & Cancellation Policy


Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Please arrive 10 minutes before your next appointment time.

We recommend that you pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

Cancellation Policy

In consideration of our guests and stylists, we will require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations.

For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance,  you will be charged 50% of the full service.   Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount.


We are unable to add a gratuity to your credit card bill.


If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your services at Elle Salon, please notify the salon within 7 days of the service date.

Please note: Elle cannot guarantee our services if they have been altered by another facility.
