Appointments

Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Please arrive 10 minutes before your next appointment time.

We recommend that you pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

Cancellation Policy

In consideration of our guests and stylists, we will require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations.

For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, and if we cannot fill your appointment, you will be charged 25% of the full service. Missed appointments will be charged 50% of the service amount.

Gratuity

We are unable to add a gratuity to your credit card bill.

Guarantee

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your services at Elle Salon, please notify the salon within 7 days of the service date.

Please note: Elle cannot guarantee our services if they have been altered by another facility.
